Email addresses and settings for choirs

Your gerontius choir web hosting and email account comes with a control panel which gives you complete control over your choir email addresses. You can easily set up email mailboxes, email fowarding and autoresponders. Here are some examples of how you might do this:

•	Email address for each committee member or choir member
	eg maryjames@yourchoir.org.uk benbritten@yourchoir.org.uk joegreen@yourchoir.org.uk etc.
•	Generic mailboxes for committee members
	eg chairman@yourchoir.org.uk - forwards to mjames@btinternet.co.uk secretary@yourchoir.org.uk - forwards to bb@aldeburgh.org.uk tickets@yourchoir.org.uk - forwards to verdi@hotmail.com etc.
•	Autoresponders
	You can set up autoresponders on any of your mailboxes or forwarding addresses. For example over the summer you could set things up so that anyone who sends an email to chairman@yourchoir.org.uk receives a reply saying "Thank you for your message. The Chairman is relaxing in the South of France and will deal with your message on his return", while forwarding the message on to imonholiday@hotmail.com
